New posts become available to you 2 days after we add them. On the Basic plan and up, new opportunities are available right away, as soon as we add them, along with advanced search and smart matching.

Unused proposals carry over to the next week. Your balance can grow up to 100 on Pro or 240 on Premium.

Yes. You can change your plan anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel, you keep access until your current period ends.
